Privacy policy

When you send us a message we collect the name, email address, and details you choose to give us. We do not buy contact data or enrich it from third-party sources.

This site uses privacy-preserving analytics to count page views and referrers. It does not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you across sites.

Messages are used to reply to you and, where relevant, to improve the products you wrote in about. Analytics are used to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add anyone to marketing sequences without an explicit opt-in.

This policy covers the BeliefSoft company website only. Kinora ships its own privacy policy and terms of service bundled inside the app itself, readable offline, describing exactly what that product stores and where.

As a rule we design our products so your data belongs to you and we hold none of it. Kinora's vault stays on your phone; there is no BeliefSoft server for it to reach.

Messages that do not need a longer record are deleted after twelve months. Anything retained beyond that is kept only where an accounting or legal obligation requires it.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@beliefsoft.com and we will action the request within thirty days.

We use a small set of vendors for email, hosting, and analytics. We choose them with the same privacy bar we apply to our own products, and we keep the list short on purpose.
